Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping is $9.99 AUD Australia-wide. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Returns

Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days — contact orders@nexalabs.club with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
