Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Limitation of liability

Nexa Labs is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of products or failure to follow research protocols. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
